By downloading, accessing or using Bestiary (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy (https://goth4mlabs.com/privacy).
Bestiary is a fitness tool to log and review your training, nutrition and recovery, including an optional AI "Coach" that summarizes your own data and suggests adjustments. The exercises, example programs, calorie/macro targets and AI suggestions are provided as general guidance only, created with care but without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for your specific situation.
Bestiary does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological or other professional advice and is not a substitute for it. Calorie and macro targets are estimates (e.g. Mifflin–St Jeor) and the AI Coach reasons over the data you entered — it does not know your full health picture. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, changing or stopping any training, diet or health regimen, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are under 18, or take medication. If you feel unwell while exercising, stop and seek appropriate help. You use the App and act on its information at your own risk.
Some optional features send text you provide to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, Claude) through our proxy, only after you enable AI consent (off by default; revocable in Settings). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; treat it as a suggestion to verify, never as an instruction to follow blindly. We do not guarantee any particular AI result. Details on what is sent are in the Privacy Policy.
The App is intended for adults pursuing general fitness. You must be of the age of majority in your country (or have appropriate consent) to enter into these Terms and to purchase a subscription.
Bestiary's three pillars are free. Bestiary Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (e.g. €5.99/month or €44.99/year, with a free trial where offered). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, charged to your store account at confirmation, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change; refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited on purchase.
The App is local-first: your data is stored on your device, and you can export/import/delete it yourself. How the optional online features handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to: misuse, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the App or its backend services (including the AI proxy); use automated means to send excessive requests; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend or restrict access to the backend services to protect them from abuse.
The App, its design, the "beast" 3D models, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to goth4m.lab and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result (including AI output or nutritional values) is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, goth4m.lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its information, including any health, injury or dietary outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including, in the EU/EEA, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For consumers in the EU, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Bestiary è uno strumento di fitness per registrare e rivedere allenamento, nutrizione e recupero, incluso un "Coach" IA facoltativo che riassume i tuoi dati e propone aggiustamenti. Esercizi, programmi d'esempio, target di calorie/macro e suggerimenti dell'IA sono forniti solo come guida di orientamento, creati con cura ma senza alcuna garanzia di accuratezza, completezza o idoneità alla tua situazione specifica.
Bestiary non fornisce pareri medici, nutrizionali, psicologici o di altra natura professionale e non li sostituisce. I target di calorie e macro sono stime (es. Mifflin–St Jeor) e il Coach IA ragiona sui dati che hai inserito — non conosce il tuo quadro di salute completo. Consulta sempre un professionista qualificato prima di iniziare, modificare o interrompere qualsiasi programma di allenamento, dieta o regime di salute, soprattutto se hai patologie, sei in gravidanza, hai meno di 18 anni o assumi farmaci. Se ti senti male durante l'allenamento, fermati e cerca aiuto adeguato. Usi l'App e agisci sulle sue informazioni a tuo rischio.
Alcune funzioni facoltative inviano il testo che fornisci a un fornitore IA di terze parti (Anthropic, Claude) tramite il nostro proxy, solo dopo che hai attivato il consenso IA (spento di default; revocabile in Impostazioni). L'output dell'IA può essere inaccurato o incompleto: trattalo come un suggerimento da verificare, mai come un'istruzione da seguire alla cieca. Non garantiamo alcun risultato specifico dell'IA. L'App è pensata per adulti che perseguono un fitness generale. Devi avere la maggiore età nel tuo paese (o un consenso adeguato) per accettare questi Termini e per acquistare un abbonamento.
I tre pilastri di Bestiary sono gratuiti. Bestiary Premium è un abbonamento a rinnovo automatico (es. 5,99 €/mese o 44,99 €/anno, con prova gratuita dove offerta). Gli acquisti sono gestiti da App Store di Apple o Google Play, addebitati sul tuo account dello store alla conferma, e si rinnovano automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo. Gestisci o disdici in qualsiasi momento nelle impostazioni dell'account dello store. I prezzi possono variare per regione e cambiare; i rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple/Google secondo le loro policy. L'eventuale parte non usata della prova gratuita decade al momento dell'acquisto.
L'App è local-first: i tuoi dati sono sul tuo dispositivo e puoi esportarli/importarli/cancellarli da solo. Come le funzioni online facoltative trattano i dati è descritto nell'Informativa sulla privacy, che è parte integrante di questi Termini.
Ti impegni a non: abusare, sovraccaricare, sondare o tentare di aggirare l'App o i suoi servizi di backend (incluso il proxy IA); usare mezzi automatici per inviare richieste eccessive; fare reverse engineering salvo quanto consentito dalla legge; o usare l'App per scopi illeciti. Possiamo limitare la frequenza, sospendere o restringere l'accesso ai servizi di backend per proteggerli dagli abusi.
L'App, il suo design, i modelli 3D della "bestia", i testi, la grafica e gli altri contenuti sono di proprietà di goth4m.lab o ad essa licenziati e sono protetti dalla legge. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per usare l'App per uso personale non commerciale. Non puoi copiare, distribuire, vendere o creare opere derivate dai nostri contenuti senza permesso.
L'App è fornita "così com'è" e "come disponibile", senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite, incluse commerciabilità, idoneità a uno scopo particolare e non violazione di diritti. Non garantiamo che l'App sia priva di interruzioni o errori, né che un qualsiasi risultato (inclusi l'output dell'IA o i valori nutrizionali) sia accurato.
Nella massima misura consentita dalla legge, goth4m.lab non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali, né per perdite derivanti dall'uso (o impossibilità d'uso) dell'App o dall'affidamento sulle sue informazioni, inclusi esiti relativi a salute, infortuni o alimentazione. Nulla in questi Termini limita o esclude la responsabilità che non può essere limitata o esclusa per legge — inclusa, nell'UE/SEE, la responsabilità per morte o lesioni personali causate da negligenza, per dolo/frode, o i tuoi diritti inderogabili di consumatore, che restano impregiudicati.
Possiamo aggiornare, modificare o interrompere funzioni, e possiamo aggiornare questi Termini; la data di "ultimo aggiornamento" cambierà di conseguenza. Le modifiche sostanziali saranno riflesse nell'App o in questa pagina. L'uso continuato dopo le modifiche significa che accetti i Termini aggiornati.
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana, fatte salve le norme imperative di tutela del consumatore del tuo paese di residenza. Per i consumatori nell'UE è disponibile la piattaforma di Risoluzione delle Controversie Online della Commissione europea: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
